Join Jack, Franny, and J.J. in their adventures as they learn to sail on Lake Winnipesaukee! After a couple weeks of classes at the sailing school, the kids go sailing on a blustery day in September and get the chance to return a favor to an old family friend. The Winnipesaukee Adventures series captures the timeless magic of families spending time on Lake Winnipesaukee. Following the adventures of three siblings, Jack, Franny, and J.J., and their helpful grandmother, the children learn important lessons about life on the big lake.
The detailed, accurate watercolors of Karel Hayes, based on sketches by John Gorey, depict familiar sights from around the lakes region, making these books fun for children or a beautiful coffee table addition.
